Cache is a hidden place of storage (or a computer buffer) and is pronounced “kash”. A cachet is a mark or seal (literal or figurative), usually official, and is pronounced “kashay”.

According to CNBC, Richarld Fuld, the CEO of Lehman’s Brothers was punched in the face by a man who was very irate over tone of the finger pointing of Fuld as the firm crashed around him.
You get paid the big bucks, you take the risks. A lot of destruction occurred because of the bad decisions of some very well paid people. It’s no small wonder that when someone points the finger at people who are loosing money because of their poor management, someone is going to get punched in the face.
As if LOL-speak isn’t virulent enough, it has apparently been turned into a programming grammar – LOLCODE. At a recent presentation at a conference in Copenhagen, in what is surely a sign of the coming apocalypse, the defined grammar was actually implemented using a Perl framework called Parrot. What resulted was a very amusing (for programming geeks, at any rate) waste of fifteen minutes.
Popular Mechanics has compiled a list of 100 skills everyone should know. I, much to my embarrassment, know only a few of the skills they list. I think, however, I am comfortable with not knowing how to properly fold a flag (#42) or tackle steep drops on a mountain bike (#55).
